From Jerome Burg and Matthew Hart this site provides resources to integrate Google Earth with the English curriculum. Currently has 16 trips, ranging from Make Way for Ducklings to the Grapes of Wrath. Download KMZ file and use with Google Earth.

Wide variety of books, many with maps of locations mentioned in the book.
